Concrete industrial floors

SIA “Estrik” is specialized in pouring of small and medium volume industrial concrete floors. In places where a floor structure is under a bigger load, for example, automotive garages and repair shops, warehouses, and hangars, the industrial concrete is used. Industrial concrete floors can be reinforced with steel fibres, steel reinforcement beams, or synthetic fibres. By using of surface grinding machines, a floor surface is possible to be made smooth with hardened upper layer or it can be prepared for installation of flooring. The company’s experts have experience also with repair of cracks and movement joints of industrial concrete floors.

Work process

Supply of concrete
Supply of concrete of required make from factory.

Pouring of concrete floor
Carrying of concrete to deposition place, deposition of mixture and levelling.

Grinding of concrete floor
Within approximately 6-10 hours after installation of mixture it is hardened sufficiently to be walked on it and it would be possible to make final levelling of floor surface with concrete grinding machine.

Delivery of project
After works are finished, quality of executed works is checked, related documentation is arranged, by preparing reports, and object is handed over to customer.
